Nick founded InHouse to actively partner with organisations to recruit talent that delivers their strategic priorities.
With a solid foundation of experience built across AdTech’s most progressive recruitment agencies, Nick transitioned in-house, firstly at Teads and latterly LoopMe, to drive their ambitious growth plans. This provided him with first hand insight in to the challenges businesses face in attracting top talent, consistently.Nick further developed his understanding of people management by completing his CIPD Level 5, which gives him a unique perspective of the processes needed to engage and retain talent - of which recruitment plays an integral role.
Outside of recruitment, Nick is equally adept at BBQ’ing, and can often be found diving headfirst in to his Green Egg.
